Learn how you can help
PAThS’ Leadership Emergence and Advancement Program (LEAP Fellowship) offers a post-doctoral fellowship designed to facilitate the development of faculty committed to excellence in advanced theological education in and for Africa. The four primary objectives of LEAP are Identifying, Empowering, Mentoring, and Releasing. Simply stated, the overall goal of LEAP is to raise up a new generation of African scholars capable of actively and effectively supporting the mission of the church through endowing graduate-level degree programs in Africa with highly capable, visionary, and Spirit-empowered teachers.
LEAP is a joint venture sponsored by PAThS, the Africa Assemblies of God Alliance (AAGA), and the Association of Pentecostal Theological Educators in Africa (https://theaptea.org). The annual budget per fellow is typically $5,000-7,500 and includes travel, course, and related expenses.
